Carly McKown is a mixed media artist and performer. Her practice is fluid, ever changing and does not adhere well to labels. She graduated from California College of the Arts in 2016 with a degree in painting and minor in writing. She has lived and worked in New York City, the Bay Area and Philadelphia where she currently resides with her cat Newman. On any given day she can be found eating dessert for breakfast, doing karaoke at home and manically working in her studio.
